How long does a project take?

The timeline is largely dependent on the scope of work. A standalone project typically takes 1-2 weeks or less, whereas a full Brand Identity package can take upwards of 1 month.

How many design concepts will I see?

Most projects will see 2-3 initial sketches, you choose the direction.

Are revisions included?

Yes, up to 3 rounds of revisions/tweaks are included. Anything over 3 will require project scope/quote adjustment.

What file formats will I receive?

You will receive all vector files (SVG), raster versions (PNG, JPG) usually in S, M, L sizes, PDF for guides, if applicable.

Are payment plans available?

Typically payment is done 50% deposit, and 50% upon completion and handover of assets.

What factors affect the cost of a project?

Any element that pushes the work beyond the original brief will raise the overall cost (i.e., additional concepts, revisions, cleaning up or adapting poor quality assets, high-complexity design, etc.). When any of these requests arise, we’ll provide a clear change‑order estimate before proceeding, ensuring you know exactly how the scope shift impacts the budget.
