Can I maintain the website myself?
Yes. However, without prior knowledge of WordPress CMS, plugins and security, it can be a time consuming task that might not produce the desired results. We do not recommend self-maintenance for moderate or complex pages that might require custom features or code.
What if I exceed the monthly hours of content updates provided?
You can purchase extra hours as needed for $75/hr for the month. Please note that hours will not rollover to the next month.
Can I purchase a maintenance plan for a website built by another agency?
We focus on maintaining websites built by our team to ensure quality and seamless service. Supporting sites built with different frameworks, page builders, or coding practices can introduce compatibility issues and extended troubleshooting time. Interested in a website refresh? Is support provided if I don’t purchase a maintenance plan?
Yes! You can opt for a single maintenance session should problems arise. We will do a thorough scan of your website and determine the price to troubleshoot. It is important to note that clients with maintenance plans have priority support.

Pricing varies based on your website’s page count, complexity, and plugin requirements. The base price covers standard maintenance for sites within the plan’s recommended range. Sites with complex plugins, high page counts, or specialized features may require adjustments. We’ll provide a custom quote that fits your specific needs.
What is a moderate or complex plugin?
Plugins expand the functionality of the website. These can include e-commerce, job boards, events, reservation systems, memberships, custom functionality, among others.
Moderate Plugins: Require more frequent monitoring, testing after updates, configuration management, and occasional troubleshooting.
High complexity plugins: These require specialized knowledge, extensive testing, database management, content monitoring and significant maintenance time.
What are your response times for support requests?
Response times vary by plan:
Essentials Plan: 24-48 hour response during business hours
Pro Plan: 12-24 hour priority response during business hours
Premium Plan: 4-12 hour response, including weekends for critical issues
Critical issues (site down, security breach) receive expedited attention across all plans.
What’s not included in maintenance plans?
Maintenance plans cover routine updates, security monitoring, backups, and minor content changes.
Plans do not include:
- Major redesigns, structural changes or additional page creation
- New feature development or custom functionality
- Content creation (copywriting, photography, graphic design)
- Third-party service fees (hosting, domains, premium plugins)
- Training or consulting beyond basic support
What are the terms for maintenance plans?
No contract required. Monthly plans are prepaid month-to-month and can be canceled anytime. Annual plans are prepaid for the year and offer a 2-month savings. Both options provide flexibility—you’re never locked in beyond your current billing period.
